Without a doubt the most unprofessional real estate company I have ever dealt with. During the buying process we dealt with 5 different staff members and not one bothered to turn up on settlement day for handover. Keys were left in a lock box!!! Not to mention the property was advertised with things that it didn't even have!!

Absolutely appalling. Steer clear of them. Tom Carlin held up settlement by being difficult and then flatly refused to pass on my rent money after I had the misfortune to inherit Carlin when I purchased a property managed by them. Brooke McLeod -purportedly a property manager but little better than an admin - was totally useless, and outright lied to me saying there had been an error" their end as I had to beg them to pay me the rent money. (In the end they helpfully paid it back to my tenant) Tom Carlin was a rude

I sold my home and had an offer on another home - the offer fell thru after the settlement on my home - I had nowhere to go - it was very stessful - David from Carlin team went out of his way to find me another home - I can't thank him enough - I'm now settled and very happy - thanks David

We had previously used another area agent in Parkwood to sell our house & didn't have a good experience with themWe experienced David showing a home open in Palmyra & it was a breath of fresh air. Not in your face & allowing you to view the property on your ownWe transitioned Parkwood over to Tom & David at the Carlin Team. We sold the property within weeks.
