Purchased prepacked snapper fillets from refrigerated cabinet 12.30 Sunday 18th, when opened that evening it was rancid, when returned to the service desk next day my wife and was told store policy was to exchange for same product or product of equal value,. Refund or credit was not an option. Also , exchange had to happen immediately or i could take the rancid fish back home.
