Do not buy from this mob! Because they never offer any warranty service at all.I bought a set of 6.6kw solar panels and an Alpha Ess battery from them in July 2022, my current electricity bills are higher than prior to solar and battery installations.I contacted Alpha Ess battery technical service to have found out that there may have been a wiring error, I told them what I actually have been told from Alpha Ess Technical Support service, and they agreed to organise the installer to double-check the installation, that's it. That the end of it, they stop all the communications including emails, phone calls and text messages, they turn the deaf ears to my demand for double - checking the installation.I will escalate this case to be heard by Fair Trading.I urge all the potential purchasers to stay away from this company.
