Rachel helped pick out products that were good and natural for my sensitive skin. I have both eczema and acne which makes shopping for the right makeup extremely difficult. Rachel was very knowledgeable and friendly, tested a few products and found the right foundation tone for me. The oil she recommended has also helped calm my skin. Love the service!

Wonderful shop. The lady with african braids serving me was so nice and friendly. It was pleasure to talk with her. She was really nice and gave me great samples which I asked about. Other team members were also very nice. Frederic Malle perfumes are real masterpiece. So happy to shop here in future.

Love spending time with my friends trying out new creams and perfume. And sharing tips. The mecca sales assistants were very obliging and friendly, made us feel welcome. We are all level 3 mecca customers, they didn't know and treat us just as well.

This is a lovely store layout in a great location. Good range of products and well displayed on shelves. Over the years the service has been hit and miss for me, so it's refreshing when you do come across a passionate staff member who invests time and advice with you. They are often busy so if you require make-up make sure to book well in advance.Edit* Patrick is lovely, so attentive to your exact needs.

Jess is absolutely amazing!! My partner and I were looking for wedding perfumes and she helped us out, she was so passionate, insightful and extremely helpful. We initially went in just to browse for potential ideas but Jess really sold us on her recommendations :)) Best service I have had at mecca thus far

Most amazing customer service i have ever had a at make up shop. All the staff were so welcoming and inviting and acting wanted to help you find the best product that will work for you!! Only went for one thing and came out with 5 things and i’m not mad about it one bit. 10/10!

I had a make-up lesson with Annie yesterday. She's knowledgeable and professional. She made the whole process easy for me by explaining most of the products' use while doing my make-up at the same time. She's even written down a whole page of the products' names and brands as well as the steps of the process, that was really helpful so I can refer to it at home for practice. She helped me choosing the items to redeem the price for the lesson at the end, which is what I needed too. I'm glad that I've taken this lesson with Toorak Mecca, thanks Annie!
