Andy came to repair our toilet at 5pm on a Saturday. He was extremely responsive and arrived within an hour of us calling. Andy was amazing- professional, polite and trustworthy. Will certainly be using him again for any of our plumbing concerns… thanks Andy.

Andy was the plumber who attended to change the filter on our Billi tap.He clearly talked my through finding a model number and kept me informed of costs and time frame to get part and install. Andy helped me replace my hot water tank. He arrived on time, explained me why the leak on the existing tank could not be repaired. Call local plumbing Sunshine Coast with a blocked shower drain and water backing up. Andy arrived to help, he was very professional and easy to communicate with. After putting a camera down the pipe he found tree roots had broken the pipe. I was amazed with the technology and the equipment Andy used to detect the problem.after determining the problem Andy has replaced the broken pipe and everything is fixed. I called Andy when all drains in house were blocked and backing up, including toilets, showers and sinks and the grease trap was overflowing when water was used in the house! I was dreading a major repair job and bill. He arrived within the hour, knew exactly what the problem was within minutes, got straight into it and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes… no exaggeration, and no messing about about by Andy. As he was so quick I asked if he could replace the kitchen tap mixer. He had one in the truck and replaced the tap. To say I was stunned and thrilled by the service is an understatement. Then as he was leaving he got bogged in my driveway and took a good couple of hours to get out … he took it all in his stride not once getting upset, and didn’t charge for being stuck here for hours. The bill was extremely reasonable, the repairs are all done. I would highly recommend Andy, it was absolutely refreshing to have such quality service and professionalism at a good price. Andy came out straight away on a Friday afternoon when a couple of other Plumbers said no. Had a blocked drain no one could shower until it was fixed. Had it unblocked in no time and reasonable price. Highly recommended
