I would like to give a shout out to Joycies Florist. I rang in tears (from Queensland) this morning to have flowers sent to my Mum in Surf Beach as she literally has hours/days to live. They made up a gorgeous bunch and delivered them to her in less than 1.5hours!!! She can now look at them for the rest of her time her on earth. I am so grateful and appreciative.

I've had such great service from Joycies Flowers over the years. The flowers are always lovely and last so well.This year the team went over and beyond. Due to a mix up at my end, the arrangement I'd ordered couldn't be delivered. Joycie let me know and was really helpful in finding a solution. I can't thank you enough :)

Wow!!! Joycie makes the most stunning arrangements I have ever seen. They are absolutely amazing and she is always so helpful. I have recently been planning my wedding and Joycie has been beyond helpful with recommendations for what is in season and different ideas for arrangements. She has made the whole process seem like a breeze. I couldn't have done it with out her. Thank You xxx

Attempted to place an order with one of the team members at Joyce’s florist last week for delivery today, left personal card message for recipient and request for a particular flower with no budget on bunch.Returned call today after not hearing anything back hoping to complete order for delivery, told the flower is not available & does not have time to discuss with me what flowers are in store so I can choose something else for delivery.The customer service through this experience was so poor, unfriendly and disappointing. A little bit of kindness and respect goes a long way to a happily paying customer.

Absolutely GORGEOUS bouquet that Joycie put together for my wedding! She was so informative on different flower assortments throughout the entire process and made such a wonderful assortment of picks. She was also extremely open with communication to ensure everything was perfect for my day. Our sincere and heartfelt thanks to Joycies Flowers for their professionalism, understanding and coming to our aid last Friday. We had been let down by an online site that pretends to be a reputable Florist, told us via email they could not deliver our Ninety Three Year old friend's Birthday Flowers the afternoon prior to her Birthday, ( even though we had made it clear she was in Hospital ). We contacted Joycies who delivered beautiful flowers to the Hospital on last Friday morning ensuring a wonderful Birthday surprise.
