Kids needed new laptops for school. Couldn't find the last place I had brought refurbished as they had been great but after 2 years of dropping, hanging by the cnr then loosing chargers thought I would just buy 2nd hand again.Would never use this company again. The laptops sit under the coffee table. Took a month to get because of COVID then noted both where older models than advertised, one tablet makes a buzzing noise and another has flickering on the screen. So the kids have no laptops for school even though it's compulsory.To send it off and pay for postage and handling then to wait another few months to resend due to COVID just a waste of more money and time.
