Great place to have some fun with your mates that isnt too expensive. Our first time there, had no issues with the hire guns and field layout was fun.

This is pretty much pay to win at this facility. I was in a large group which we hired gun from the business.We then had random's with hire powered gel ball guns with their own gel balls which was extremely unfair. These guns pretty much dominated the game. They should really have hired gun vs hired guns and BYO guns vs BYO guns. As they have their own mask, it was extremely hard to tell who was on what team.We were constantly running out of gel balls and our gel guns were constantly running out of power. It is your responsibility to go out and sort it out yourself. Speakers are terrible. We were unable to understand any of the instructions.Would only recommend if you pay to win and bring your own equipment.

First time at this field, family had a great time. Multiple games and we had a good group of players as well. Ref's did a great job to balance teams up as much as possible. Shop was well stocked and a fun atmosphere all round. Will be booking again soon.

Massive thanks to the crew here..took our footy team there for breakup on a private sessions. Boy had an absolute blast. Even did a shirtless round welt city....thanks a million guys highly recommend your company.

Had great fun with my son, would only say they need some air conditioning or at least large fans. The sound was really unclear during the rules instructions, I already know the rules but would be hard for new comers.

Big thanks to the staff at Gelsoft for hosting our sons 18th birthday party. All guests had a great time, many first timers who now have a taste for the game. Such a wonderful night with heaps of memories.

I think Troubles name should be changed to Helpful. Not only did we have blast but we ran into some hiccups too. First of all, the glasses we showed up with (came with the gel blaster), he wasn't happy with for safety reasons (only fair)...here's me thinking that they're going to make me rent, no, hooked us up with eye protection at no extra charge. That's not all, my son accidentally turned into a wall causing some cross threading on the barrell, not a worry, Trouble (yes that's his name/nickname) takes a good 10-15min to take my sons barrell apart and get it working again, talk about above and beyond. Wait there's more, our batteries go flat (near the end of the day) hooks us up with 2 of their our gel blasters to finish the day with, and continued to help when we couldn't get those working properly, this guy is an absolute legend and just an all round nice guy. Please note our session wasn't full but was still fun. Great time, great staff will definitely be back.

Had my first ever gelsoft experience here, and loved every second of it. Quite a lowkey field with just basic cover and buildings, but great vibes all around. Plus literally connected to the Tactical Edge Hobbies warehouse if you need any gear or blasters :)

this used to be a regular field of ours but now our team will have to find another field to play at, as the last 2 weeks have been extremely disappointing with field layout issues, getting sent to the wrong sides constantly, allowing new players to essentially play in god mode and essentially enabling an unfair gameplay as the rules of going to spawn don't matter anymore by the looks of it. Used to love this place its a shame this has happened as there's 10 of our team who go weekly who will be playing other fields now.

Coming to GSA as a brand new player was such an amazing experience. All the staff were super friendly and willing to help with any questions we had. The environment in there is really friendly and love that they switch up the arena so that it feels like a new field every time we go. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to give it a go!
