Carl was very prompt with his communication and did everything he said he would do. Carl was aware of both the buyer & sellers needs, and worked personally with both to achieve a transaction that both parties were very happy with. Carl does things with a minimum of fuss and I would definitely use his Agency again.

We completely lucked out when we wound up on the phone to Carl navigating buying our first home from his client, he talked us through the whole experience and was there for us at every turn when we needed anything at all!
