My gosh! I wrote out this long review and it didn't send! Maybe I should review Google reviews!Anywho, wonderfully easy website to navigate and order process was simple and well informed. Example pictures of the potential arrangements aren't available from the order page, but the arrangement that arrived was truly delightful and made my recovering friend's day :)Would 100% recommend and will be using in future for friends needed a pick me up in Port Macquarie xx

I ordered a birthday bouquet and a bottle of wine recently for a friend's birthday. I live overseas, so was not able to pick the bouquet myself but was very pleased with what the florist chose for the price I paid. The look on my friend's face in the photo was priceless. Well done Port City Florist.

Very happy with the flowers ordered for my mother's 90th birthday. We were suppose to celebrate with her but lockdown put a stop to this. These beautiful flowers will cheer my mum. So appreciate the effort put into the arrangement. They even sent a phot of the arrangement so I knew what mum was receiving. Above and beyond.

Cannot thank Port City Flowers enough for the exceptional service! Not being from the area, it was tricky to choose a local florist who could provide what I wanted. Kate and the team delivered the most beautiful arrangement to my friend, and so quicky! I ordered late one evening and delivery was made the very next day. Great value, great service, fast delivery, I would absolutely recommend :)

Thank you Kate for your amazing service! I ordered flowers for my Mum in PMQ for Mother’s Day. Knowing the delivery would not be until the Thursday after Mother’s Day. Kate messaged and asked if I would like them delivered on Mother’s Day! Of course was my reaction. And they were!

I ordered some flowers for Mothersday for my mum as I live in the UK. When my mum received the flowers on the friday before, She sent me a photo and they weren't anything like what I ordered. I contacted Kate and she was lovely, apologised for the mix up and ended up delivery the right flowers to my mum on the Monday after Mothersday.I would put five stars for the service, communication, and speed of delivery, I only rated this four because there was the mix up and not living anywhere near, or in the same time zone I got quite frustrated and stressed at the time. I definatly highly recommend them and the service, as this must be a difficult time.

Contacted the lovely Kate at about 2pm asking for a very special bunch of flowers to be created and delivered before 5pm to a business contact. The flowers were promptly arranged (photo even sent to me since I am in QLD to let me know what I had paid for) and delivered before 3:30pm. The business contact was incredibly surprised by their beauty and fragrance and I can't thank Kate enough for her friendly, prompt and professional service. Exemplary customer tailored service!!
