Absolute shoe-in for a five star. Exceptional service. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The staff assessed, asked questions and made sure ended up with the right footwear. Not simply a case of running to the back to fetch a requested show before ushering you to the till. Really great service.

Today I realised I had been doing everything wrong with shoes. I had the wrong shoe size, no shoe support and desperately needed assistance. Well lucky me when Oscar and Casey revealed the secrets of the shoe industry to me. Their engaging manner combined with their extensive knowledge of shoes led to me literally buying the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned in my life. Thank you The Athlete’s Foot and most importantly Oscar and Casey!!!

I visited on Saturday 3rd June 2023 and the store was very busy so I was prepared to wait as the staff were all occupied. The staff member nearest to me told me I was in his way and rolled his eyes at me every time he looked at me. At this stage I had not spoken to anyone. A person walked into the store and the staff member the thought I was in his way immediately walked over to her and after a brief discussion he told her he would serve her next. I walked out without having spoken to anyone. If I could give this store a zero rating I would. I will not be back.

This is the worse experience ever. The store is under staff. Staff are too relaxed and doesn't care about customer service. Everyone is just waiting to be served and overwhelmed for not being acknowledged. Once served, staff is nice, not their fault they are under staff on a weekend.

Recently purchased a work shoes. The sale who helped on the day asked if she can see the shoe size I'm wearing, then she brought me a pair to try. It was way too big, then I asked if I can try one size smaller, she brought me half size smaller. But I feel it was still too big. I asked if I can get 1 size smaller, then she replied it will be too small for you"
