These guys are amazing would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.They did a full upgrade and modernisation of the air suspension in our 1989 coaster bus.All the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and the quality of there work was excellent!

I have been a loyal customer to Tony Fasano (Auto Giant) for over 15 years. I refer him to everyone. His attention to detail, vast knowledge, honesty and willingness to help others is exceptional. I wouldn't dream to take my cars anywhere else. I have had brand new cars serviced by Tony with capped price being honoured, and I have had a 30 year old 300zx that still runs reliably thanks to Tony. I know that if anything was to go wrong Tony has my back. If you don't want issues or stress look no further.

If there was a rating lower than One star I would have given it to Giant Auto Brendale. If you get a quote from these guys make sure it is in writing. Previously I had received a quote (over the phone)from this business for $600.00 for All the parts and labour cost associated with the job. After leaving the car there in the morning, I received a phone call to tell me that only half the job could be done today (because they hadn’t ordered the parts) and the remaining half hopefully in three days time. I thought this to be strange in itself as I had booked it in about two weeks earlier so I thought they would have had the parts for the job. The most disturbing aspect is that I was then informed the cost of the work done today would be $781.92 and the work to be carried out later would be a further $627.20. How can a business that supposedly pride’s itself on honest business practices get the quote so wrong. Quoted $600.00, Reality $1,409.12. That’s an error of $809.12, luckily there hadn’t done any of the work and I was able to source a new auto repair shop. Makes you wonder how many others that have been stung in this trap when they have come to collect there car after the work is done. Not even an apology when I collected the keys says everything you need to know about Giant Auto Brendale.

Ok so a few weeks back I wrote a review on how good this company is and after being back there a couple times since they just seem to keep on amazing me on their customer service and just the quality of work that they do so I thought I really wanted to update my review. In my 22 years of owning cars and also being a real car enthusiast I have never came across a work shop like this. The gentleman tony that runs it is as genuine as the parts that he uses in mechanical repairs on cars and his staff like Blake and the rest of the auto giant team are also such a pleasure to deal with. As a customer who was a victim of some parts that sadly came out of the factory that weren’t up to spec I just got to say that tony went above and beyond to make sure that quality parts were finally made for my car which is now running at 100 percent. The lengths tony went to was just something you had to see to believe and something I’ve never witnessed in any other workshop in my life. My family and I have 4 10-12 year old cars and they drive as good as the day they drive off the showroom floor due to how good this mechanical company is. Thank you tony, thank you blake and the rest of the auto giant team. My family and I are extremely grateful for everything your company does for our cars.Kind regards, A life long customer.

Incredible service, knowledgeable, affordable. They go the extra mile ! Versatile as well, fixed our semi trailer electrical problems which was a huge job in itself & my personal vehicle when the dealership I bought from couldn't ! All around great friendly team, with old school values. There to help and not rip you off, REFRESHING !

Auto Giant is very disrespectful.I requested a quote on my vehicle and waited it was never looked at property.Expect to be lied to at Auto Giant.After paying my bill and receiving my car back they have not quote.I paid them for nothing.My car has an extra dent and I am shocked how bad auto Giants services are.Again, I paided for lies and being taken advantage of.

Very dissatisfied customer, total work completed at a cost of >$2600 but work still not completed, and car returned damaged. Get a written quote and be prepared to wait for parts even if told otherwise. I asked for a quote in writing after dropping my vehicle off on Friday morning. I was also assured in person - after I specifically asked if they'd have the required parts - that if they didn't have them on site, they could get them same day, and I would have my car back with all work completed, THE SAME DAY. Nope. Vehicle booked for the following Thursday but parts arrived from interstate sooner than expected so vehicle was then fitted in Tuesday. Staff were very accommodating and I used their collection/drop off service to get my car to them. Still no written quote. I decided to proceed anyway, trusting staff, customer testimonials, and their RACQ preferred repairer status to let the lack of written quote slide.Work required included repair of electric windows, air conditioning fan motor, brake pad replacement and machining, and an oil leak. Most of the work was completed but windows still not fully repaired. I also expected my vehicle to be serviced but this didn't happen. My vehicle was also returned to me with the front passenger door handle broken completely off. I was told via phone call before I paid/the vehicle return was arranged. I expressed concern about the broken door handle and was offered 'free' labor for installation and painting of the part, but quoted $279 for a new door handle. At my cost. I've since found this part available online at a cost ranging from $50-$85 ish. I've reached out in writing twice but heard nothing back.
