Lost in the Vines

What a fantastic place, this had everything. The beds were comfortable, shower was great, the tranquillity was awesome. The location is so close to wineries also. The owner was fantastic as well and we had a beautiful bottle of Shiraz and warm homemade bread as soon as we got there.

Like the name - it's so good you want to be lost there forever:)

Perfect place for small family or couple to relax. The little touches likes the fresh farm produce, board games and books make this the perfect little getaway.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The cottage is cosy and well-equipped and the surrounding vineyard is picture perfect (complete with resident koala!). The host is warm, welcoming and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place to be at.. the cottage is cozy and beautiful. The owner is very sweet and helpful. You will be provided with the best products from. The shower range to body creams. She has all sorts of kitchen equipments & you can find all basic food supplies in her Pantry. It's worth the money you will be happy you choose this place.

Lost...and found...in the VinesWhat a wonderful week spent in Mclaren Vale at Tintookie Vineyards, earlier this month. The beautiful property is close to the town of McLaren Vale, so easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants, not to mention all the wineries of the region and their cellar doors.It is easy access to the southern motor way and only 45 mins drive to Adelaide, the beaches are also a short drive away...so an excellent location.The cottage was everything that it promised...and more! We felt at home the minute we stepped inside. The view was breathtaking, the cottage itself was superbly presented with comfortable furnishings and bedding, fully equipped kitchen and generous provisions. There were lots of thoughtful personal touches, that made the stay all that more special.Lulu, our host was extremely welcoming and friendly, nothing was any trouble, and the home baked goodies and generous provisions we were spoilt with was again that extra thoughtful touch we were not expecting....And the estate wine from Tintookie Vineyards | Dowie Doole was excellent! We couldn't leave without taking a case home with us!I would highly recommend Tintookie, and hope to get back there again soon.Jan and Reece L., Melbourne, VIC
