FraudstersI was overseas and had to have a procedure done, they approved my claim, gave me a claim number, said it would be appreciated if I could pay and claim back as they were afraid they could not make the overseas payment on time.I stupidly agreed and paid nearly $2,700 and have been fighting them ever since because they have rejected my claim but will not tell me why.This is not Australian, I say do what you promise.This is not the first time, I have been unlucky enough to have two claims this year and both claims I had trouble.I would insure with someone else who pays when you have a claim, I thought that is what insurance was all about?

incredibly slow at processing claim but most annoying is the little to no response in regard to you claim and avoid replying to email.I was warned of this and am still extremely disappointed with how they treat you.
