I ordered one of SnowBabiez Balloon hampers as a company gift to be delivered to one of the employees who just welcomed a little boy into the world. As you can see from the hamper it looked spectacular, very happy with the service, my only criticism would be that communication letting me know it was to be delivered would have been good but that is it. I loved that I got a message advising it had been delivered with a photo of the hamper. I just wish I knew about this company when ordering other baby gifts.

The hamper was amazing and arrived beautifully presented, it was not over priced and the attention to detail was amazing and as an extra thoughtful touch, Monica sent me a follow up email with a photo attached to let me know that the hamper had been delivered, I couldn't ask for more and I would recommend this product to anyone.Very happy with the service, product and delivery. Back in March I purchased my first SnowBabiez hamper - 3 Tier Nappy Cake with add ons including a Board Book & Balloon. I was not prepared for the AMAZING QUANITITY and QUALITY of the hamper to be what it was as well as the service. Mon went above and beyond and left me with a really positive lasting impression as well as everyone that saw the gift! She was very efficient with all communication, met requested timings for presents, easy gift collection and super good quality and quantity with the product itself. I had to return for my next baby gift bear bucket hamper. Definitely my go-to for baby shower presents.

My friend loved the hamper! Just quite disappointed as I was advised to place an order early to arrive on time for their baby shower but some reason the package was stuck at a depot for days and never made it in time. Other than that the customer service was quick and kept clear communication which was really nice.
