I've had better customer service from a bored mono-tone 16 y.o. late at night at a McDonald's than Caddy Storage Blacktown. The communication & care was WOEFUL!!!!I originally wanted to purchase two window guards and have them fitted. The only models available were a year newer than my vehicle and that meant Caddy were instantly uninterested in trying to retrofit them. So I requested to remove the fitting cost and I'll pick them up and install myself.I paid the invoice and waited. Two weeks later I reached out asking for an update, got CC'd into an email to the warehouse asking when the two items would arrive - no reply. Then days later I was emailed to say they had arrived and invoice attached. So I had to again send through my bank transfer receipt to show I had paid it (same staff member) and asked to confirm they had received it...no confirmation.Arrive to pick up and the receptionist was slow at answering the simple question of 'who do I speak to about picking up an order'. Then walking into the warehouse I found a group of gentleman and eventually was sorted out after them trying to find the order in a pile of orders.I honestly don't know how this office is in business. Surely it's just because they're a chain, because I've had great communication with an office in Western Australia. This Blacktown office had my money for three weeks but struggled to keep me in the loop of when I'd receive my purchase and seem offput by anything that isn't easy.I seriously wish I had seen their many other negative reviews before purchasing from them. Do yourself a favour and drive further to another office as this was ridiculous for something so simple -_-Zero stars if I could

Left my van early morning and been told the same day around 4 clock I will get a call and find out what time the van will be ready for next day.Which I didn't get any call so I called Caddy next day around 10am and very politely asked WHAT TIME? will my van will be ready?One of their sales rep, told me it will be ready today!I asked again What Time? and same response TODAY!, then conversation got a bit bitter, and I been told by him, I don't understand why you getting angry

It was a great experience to have worked with the team at Caddy Storage Blacktown. Their friendly staff were amazing, especially Pete. Their level of communication was exceptional, as well as their professional workmanship as clearly shown in the photos. We had the 2021 VW Caddy (one of the first at the time) and certain items were not yet available for this model, but Pete was able to arrange custom/modified items for us. Thank you to the team at Caddy Storage Blacktown who helped us with our little van that can :)

Horrible company to deal with, unskilled and unprofessional, dropped my car of for a canopy to help keep the tub dry, as a bonus they cracked my rear light and now i have a water feature in the cab, and refusing to fix it. Took them over 6 hours to install a canopy.

I recently had a Canopy fitted to my LDV T60 22 Ute, and Chris did a fantastic job, I couldn't be happier

Bought a brand new Toyota van and got caddy to have it fitted out.I thought when placing order they new what they were doing.I was so wrong. l spoke with sales guy months before I got van as I wanted it fitted before delivery and he said all good everything you want is on order just get Toyota to contact them.Well carpet was installed instead of rubber. One whole shelf missing off order which got installed after invoice was paid by dealer and I had to pay it which is now a pain for tax. To top off I had a leak from the roof racks installed by them which I had to fix myself.Think twice when dealing with Blacktown caddy.

Called in today to try to replace a broken gas strut for an old canopy.The man in the office was particularly helpful and was able to source a pair which were a perfect fit and cheaper than I expected.Highly recommend.

Peter khella perfectly communicated any issues and did his level best to resolve them and worked tirelessly. Communication was second to none and products from caddy are always world class.

Great Service, reasonable price. I’m very happy with the canopy. The Canopy comes with roof racks, insulated, lighting and a good lock system which can be opened from inside for safety. I would recommend these canopies to anyone wanting a nice look, they also have heaps of accessories for other types of fittings for work ute’s and Vans.
