Highly recommended.Our 2006 Daikin 14KW ducted airconditioning system died recently. We chose DAB Air & Electrical (Brad Griffiths) to replace it with a 17KW Mitsubishi ducted system. We have used it several times since installation for cooling and it is much more efficient/economical and matched better to the size of our home. We always felt the Daikin was under rated. Their price for supply and installation was very competitive and their customer service has been outstanding. Brads advice and knowledge on which system to use has proven to be 100% spot on.I have never witnessed a smoother operation nor such a friendly professional team that worked like clock work together. There were 5 installers and 1 electrician. They arrived on the morning of installation right on 7am as agreed and were completely finished and departed by 3:30pm. They removed the old ducted system through the ceiling air inlets which was a surprise in itself.They laid ground sheets everywhere they worked inside and vacuumed any debris or insulation where they replaced the outlets etc. They cleaned the house, yard and carport when finished. They left no footprint. I couldn't have asked for a better team, they were a 10 out of 10 operation from quote to finish.

Highly recommended. We recently had our old ducted system die after many years. I contacted Brad from DAB who was around the next day to check it out a give me a quote for a new one. Plenty of options, great advice and prompt answers to my detailed questions. They gave me a competitive quote once I decided what brand and options I wanted. The whole experience was so good I decided to go with them and am very glad I did. Within a week my new system was ordered and installed by the very professional hard working crew. It’s a quality installation and works perfectly.

The quote we received was very reasonable compared to the others and once we accepted it, we didn't have to wait long for the installation. The customer service we received was brilliant! The installation team arrived as expected, and on time. They did a fantastic job! They were clean, careful and extremely polite and trustworthy. We had to leave them in the house alone most of the time due to other commitments, and they finished before we arrived home. We were extremely grateful for their thoughtfulness, as they had locked up the house before leaving. DAB completed the full mechanical package for us at the Albury Mantra Hotel. This was a design and construct package valued at over $2 million dollars. From the beginning to the end the service was exceptional. DAB are our preferred contractor for all projects, large or small.

Very professional from first contact to completion of the installation. Quote was affordable and we qualified for rebate. Prompt and reliable on arrival. Involved us throughout the process and answered all questions we had about the product and service. We would recommend them to others and use their services if we need another installation. We had four quotes and they were the only installer that could place the unit in the space we wanted. They were able to think outside of the square and met our needs superbly.
