Luana Drummond from Space Newstead has been a great property manager! Everything is always addressed/completed quickly and efficiently. Luana always responds to questions and issues promptly. Definitely the best property manager I have experienced. This is the longest I have stayed in a rental property and this is attributed to a great property manager.

Luana Drummond is one of the best property managers I have ever met - and I worked in real estate for five years! She responds quickly to email requests about maintenance, etc, and she's considerate and flexible when she makes times for routine inspections or property viewings.As well as being professional, efficient and helpful - Luana is FRIENDLY. Her customer service is 11/10 and she always goes above and beyond to help tenants and landlords.I recommend her 100% - A+ on every front!

I couldn't recommend Luana Drummond from Space Newstead enough! Her communication is always prompt and efficient, which makes renting a whole lot more enjoyable. She has always ensured that my home is up to date with any need maintenance, plus always ensures safety checks and inspections are completed.
