OMG. Lamb cutlets are to die for. Sadly I only bought 2. Fatal mistake. Lamb is so fresh. Crumbs tasty. Magnificent. Such friendly owners. Do not go past and travel for days to get a feed.

I bought a leg of lamb from the butchers own flock. It was absolutely delicious meat. Tender and full of flavour. Of course I cooked it to perfection. Medium rare. Highly recommend it.
