Edge Clothing - Westfield Plenty Valley

Christmas shopping can be very overwhelming at times but visiting Edge today and speaking with Christian made things so much easier. Not only was he absolutely lovely and welcoming but he is also the best when it comes to what to buy for who to suit they’re styles- I was able to buy for so many family members today is the one spot because he made things so easy and simple and obviously knows his stuff! Very very happy customer and will definitely return to this store in the future! Thanks Christian!

Absolute worst customer service from the owner I have ever experienced. The sales girl was absolutely lovely, sweet and helpful. The owner however is totally disrespectful, rude and arrogant.The whole time I was there, he ignored me completely, no acknowledgment of even having a customer in the store. Then as I was waiting to pay, and he just grabbed his phone with no acknowledgment that I’m even there, & walks away texting or looking at his phone!! Apparently he didn’t want my service or money. Unless you’re 19 and a size zero and are looking for customer service- Go elsewhere. Terrible experience. If that’s how he treats his customers I’d hate to imagine how he treats his staff.

I went to the Edge store at Westfield South Morang and the staff member Christian can be highly recommended he was friendly helpful and most of all pleasant and so help full want a hoodie which the had no stock in that store but Christian said he will check another store and ordered this for me and gets delivered to my home. I will most highly recommend others to purchase from there and I am an older person

Short story - Christian is really good person with absolute great customer service and interpersonal skills. He genuinely gave best customer service, when we go in the store and try the outfits.

Walked in today afternoon 4.30, the female staff looked at me , no greeting, and only care about tidy up the jacket I checked, and it was the only clothes I touched, I walked out straight away! such rude staff should be sacked, doesn't deserve a job.

Always great service at this store! Team were super helpful with helping me find a mothers day gift! Will definitely come back

Iv been going to edge for a while now and I have always had the most amazing customer service, they are so extremely helpful and kind. Absolutely love this store highly recommend specially for incredible customer service. ❤️

The service in this store is absolutely disgusting!I walk into this store a bunch of times because lets be honest. They do sell nice clothes.But if you aren't greeting your customers as they come into the store or not asking them if they need help with anything after they've been there for what seems like forever waiting for help. Then you are 100% losing customers.Oh and let me also add that the only time I've ever seen them give service to people is if they are a teenager or in their early 20's.EITHER TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER OR HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE...TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!

I will always travel out of my way to visit Edge Plenty Valley.I always recive the most outstanding customer service from the team especially Christian. Every time I shop he is always ready help, he makes you feel very welcome and comfortable in the store, gives fantastic fashion advise and is all round a great man.Hands down the best store and staff
