Did not buy from here as they did not have what I wanted in stock, however, Natalie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in troubleshooting solutions for my situation. Absolute asset to the store! Deserves a raise!

Great service from the lady who served us. She advised us of the warranty of the luggage we otherwise wouldn't have been aware, helped us to set combination to the luggage. In general great support and excellent after sales service.

this branch here is not as big as some others, but it still has quite a good range, especially for their luggage bags. not sure if they stock well though (probably not, due to the store's size). but they always seem to have a sale going on - so wait for some sort of sale before you buy. also, staff here are mostly very friendly and helpful, especially with their recommendations.

Great choice. Very honest staff. My mother exchanged a wallet and accidentally left $85 in it. The staff located us in shopping centre to give the money back. Thank you!

Bought an expensive suitcase which after 1 trip to Sydney came back with Seam ripped open.Supposedly suitcase had warranty but after sending it away, it came back with dodgey repair only.Very disappointed.
