I has an Absolutely amazing experience with Rachel as my yoga instructor. I hired her to do a private session from the comfort of my own home which I highly recommend for anyone who is very busy or who would like a tailored yoga session . Following the yoga Rachel gave me a 15 minute massage and it was That good that I extended it to another 30 minutes . Definitely highly recommended.

I enjoy practicing yoga at Vai Yoga! The instructors are very experienced friendly. The studio is cozy and located right in front of Galleria in Morley, which is very convenient for having a nice coffee after class.

I’ve been enjoying Rachel’s classes and always leave class feeling great! She’s a wonderful instructor, gentle, calm and patient. It’s been several years since I’ve done yoga and I’ve made the right choice starting again with Rachel who’s made it a positive experience for me.

Rachel is hands down the best yoga teacher I've ever had. She learns very quickly at what stage her students are at and then each class after makes more and more challenging at just the right pace. Her classes were gentle, challenging, peaceful, relaxing, and a great workout all at the same time. I was astounded at how far I progressed in the year+ that she taught me (us) in Fiji. And her presence is tops. Love and Light really does describe her perfectly!
