LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!The service was incredible. Our waitress took the time to really walk us through the menu and ensured we everything was ok (not to mention glasses were full!). Maybe it wasn't necessarily what she did but it was the way she did it. She was very personable and professional at the same time. The food was awesome! All the flavours and presentation really worked well together. The amount of food was deceptively large for our group and we walked away feeling quite content (especially from a fancy restaurant!)Would recommend the chicken, the watermelon salad, the knafeh, and eggplant fritters.

Booked Elma for Mother’s Day lunch. Arrived at 12:15 for 12:30 seatingWas seated at 12:45, order taken at 1pm. We ordered drinks and entrees. Unfortunately for us the waitress was very limited in her English and didn’t understand us ordering olives, calamari and fries. She also didn’t understand any of our drinks. She kept telling us the lemonade she brought to the table was apple juice.By 1:45 when they hadn’t started even cooking our food stating they were understaffed we left. Not hard to plate a bowl of olives or cook a batch of fries in 45 minutes. Only one other table out of the 6 that were booked had been served entreesThe women’s toilets were filthy. My wife took my daughter. There was no toilet paper, dirty glasses on the floor and around the basin, just pure filthVery disappointing

Every dish was fantastic. We've really missed great middle eastern food near Port Melbourne. Excellent service and surprisingly good value. The main downside of the location is finding a parking space when there is a big event down the street at the timber yard.

Good food and wine selection. Mocktail menu bit of a letdown, my strawberry sangria tasted like an expensive kirks creaming soda.We ordered a dip with extra pita, side dish and two substantials to share between two. The prawns were cooked to perfection, the roasted eggplant dip and steamy hot puffy pita bread w garlic sauce was delicious. Didn’t love the chicken recommendation, it was salty and overpowered with spices. The ambiance could’ve been better without all the annoyingly loud clapping at the bar — they definitely need a bell system for the drinks.Overall, a good experience. Highly recommend the prawns and dips.

I went with 5 friends to have dinner. There was nothing to drink but alcohol.Water tasted terrible. After asking the waiter twice if they had soft drinks I had to go up to the two guys in the kitchen and ask again. They pointed to the waiter…I said I’ve asked him twice and he doesn’t know.No soft drink, not even lemonade.Didn’t end up staying. This place could be good if they knew what customer service was.Ended up walking out and got take away elsewhere.

To start, we really quite enjoyed the cheesy garlic focaccia (which is really a pizza) here. The tuna crudo was nice, the steak was cooked perfectly. They have forgotten our fries I think, as it came later than the mains and the other sides, however, it came freshly cooked and it was delicious. The wine list is quite small and not a lot of by the glass selection, especially the red.I would love to go back and try more of their pizza.

This new restaurant in Port Melbourne is absolutely a place that you should put in your list of places to visit. Why?First of all, the fitting and the interior design. As you walk in you have the feeling of being transferred in one of those elegant NY hotel concierge.Open kitchen in marble with vintage stools, elegant lounge section on the right and intimate restaurant on the left side.Did I already mentioned the open kitchen with marble bench and vintage stools? Yes? Then take a seat there and let the chef prepare you an incredible menu for your tastebuds!Luca, the chef, was absolutely impeccable last night when with two friends of mine we decided to go somewhere we never been before and we took a seat at his kitchen bench. He gave us an incredible service from the moment that we seat until we left constantly checking on us, while very busy with the rest of his work. The pizzas, the bruschetta, everything so simple yet so full of taste. Our favourite dishes where definitely the risotto (you must try it) and the steak (cooked to perfection).Highly recommended.
