I normally would never leave reviews for any businesses no matter how bad the service or product is but had to with this place. Ridiculous restocking fee when I walked back in within 2 mins to exchange product when I got the wrong thing...stick your fee, I will never be back or refer business.

great customer service found the correct acoustic ceiling tiles not like gyprock trade at Carrara who originally supplied but said that the product was no longer available and that we had to substitute for a different ceiling tile

Was absolutely appalled with the customer service here, the lady who served me was so rude and unaccommodating, I will never come back!!! For someone who has been in the industry for 27 yrs I've never been treated so poorly.!! CSR Gyprock are so much better, worth the extra drive for better product and service. You don't even deserve the 1 star rating I gave!!

20% re stocking fee when returning items what a joke. Purchased straight from shelf no re stocking involved. Would never again purchase from this place again. Very bad customer service.
