Have been here several times, but the quality is generally mediocre. Rice tends to not hold together. Could have more variety on the train, often have to order what we want to eat.

Always having fresh delicious sashimi at this place sushi also tasty. Come back again and again. Recommend agedashi tofu too

I was a very happy customer for a very long time until they changed management , a few staff members are nice except for a few who i will be naming soon. Management will do nothing to make customers happy as i have been having issues with them over a year regarding how small they are making the dragon roll so tiny its a rip off and they have put prices up on all because of the Inflation excuse as well now trying to charge customers 10 cent for a paper bag?... shame on you guys just a warning to everyone do not go to this restaurant and check your food if your getting takeaway and you will see they are getting smaller.I am angry and very disappointed do not go to this benowa restaurant go to the southport Sushi Train as you wont have any problems.Will be posting more information on facebook as well about there attitude I will never go to the benowa one ever again.

A Really Good Sushi Train, Located in the Benowa Gardens Shopping Complex.Good Looking Store, Inside & Out.Has a Reasonable Selection of Sushi Plates On The Go. Service Is Attentive & Efficient.

Show us your papers" is never a good start to any experience at a restaurant. The service did not improve from there. Food is average at best. Will not go again. Edited to add: restaurants and cafes all over Qld and Australia know that there's no need to enforce the government mandates - Sushi Train is NOT required to enforce any mandate for customer vaccination. There are no fines. This business will never see me or my family again."

Best sushi train on the Gold Coast!!!!!Booths are huge for when you have groups.Staff always so lovely and friendly, have the biggest smiles on their face.Train is stocked well and frequently so that you’re not always having to order.Always so clean and never had a bad experience when coming here.
