Over my 3 months with Alexa I learnt to de-mystify macros, re introduce more carbs and fats and I I hit all my goals. Alexa holds you accountable while being flexible. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with him and now have a plan I can stick to to maintain.

Aleksa has been great in providing sound advice and knowledge towards a healthier lifestyle through nutrition, diet and exercise. Have had long-term stomach issues and he recommended daily acidophilos tablets which have been a huge help. He also suggested better food choices which still taste good and controlling portion sizes as well as great hiking trails around Brisbane. All in all he has helped a lot in re defining what I was doing wrong and getting back on track. Highly recommend Aleksa.

The best part of Aleska's program was that it was simple to follow, allowed some freedom but showed me what to focus on to achieve the results I was chasing. The Climbing Dietitian was extremely helpful during my time with them, where Aleksa guided me on what I should/shouldn't eat as an athlete. He assisted on the timing of my meals/diet, and told me how to adjust the amount of food and nutrients I need on specific days (games, trainings etc.). As well as this, communication channels were great, and he provided constant feedback on how to improve my diet. Overall I would highly recommend The Climbing Dietitian to anyone who needs help or guidance with their nutrition.

Aleska has been amazing with helping me create a healthy relationship with food and being able to still enjoy the foods I love while still losing weight. We have worked together for 3 months now and I've lost weight even quicker than I thought I would and it doesn't even feel like a 'diet' as not a lot of my meals have changed. I would definitely recommend doing his 90 day climb option and see how much healthier and happier you feel!
