Poorly designed products, non existent and very frustrating customer service and a joke of a return/refund policy.Insufficient airflow through short entry snorkel on the Mitsubishi platform, causing limp mode when egt's spiked. Damage caused to the A-pillar when fitting rivnuts as the upper mount is poorly designed.The Airbox just did not fit, despite there only being two mounting points. Even had to supply own spring washers to stop the lid from rattling lose.After fitting a new front guard and having the A-pillar repaired, I sent back the Snorkel and received a joke of a refund. Could not return the airbox as I had already modified it" when trying to make it fit. 3k down the the whole and start again.Product photos on the website look really good

Awesome service. Produce a stunning product that is everything you’d expect from a stainless snorkel. Excellent service had a little mishap with sending the wrong parts for my Ute but they didn’t hesitate to sort it out and send the right ones hassle free. Overall stoked with it would definitely buy more of their products.

Have fitted a polished snorkel to my 2021 N80 Hilux - such a high quality product and fits perfectly ! Could not be happier ! Will be ordering one for my new VDJ79 . The workmanship and customer service is to high standards !
