Love everything about Storyhouse, the educators, the cleanliness and everyone in the centre knows your child which makes you as a parent feel so comfortable

Its our first time my boy attending care from anyone but myself so of course it was a big change for both of us. I was naturally nervous but I can’t talk highly enough of Story House and all their wonderful staff! In such a short time I have seen my boy learn so many new skills like bringing his plates back to the kitchen & washing his hands on his own. He has grown confidence in physical activities such as climbing, made lovely new class friends and adores his teachers who he loves to run up to every morning for big cuddles, I can see that they truly care for him in return. The activities they provide, organisational skills and communication is at an all time high. I could not recommend them enough, we are both so happy and my boy seems to be thriving!

My son was at another centre and wasn’t happy or settling. I’m so glad I listened to my mumma instinct. We went to Offspring for a tour and my son was instantly comfortable. He made beautiful connections with the educators and although upset on drop off settles very quickly and has a beautiful day while there. He is so happy and confident when I go to pick him up. Such a big bright beautiful centre with amazing staff and great room sizes.

Deb and her team are nothing short of incredible. They are like extended family to our household. I have two children in their care, one with many anaphylactic allergies and they are so supportive, encouraging and thorough in everything that they do. Extremely professional in every way yet approachable and down to earth. Go for a tour, you won't be disappointed.

I cannot recommend Story House Early Learning Chinderah highly enough. My two children absolutely love it & ask to go to ‘school’ on their days off. Deb & the team are so loving & caring & treat my daughters like their own. My daughter has a broken leg & the team have been so wonderful looking after her & are so competent. It’s such a great feeling knowing they are so happy & comfortable when we have to go to work. We tried many different daycares during the floods & nothing compared. Story House is like our second home. You wont be disappointed.

My daughter started here last year and Deb and the team have been truly fantastic throughout the whole process. As a first time parent I felt the anxiety in putting my daughter into daycare, but the team really support you and your little one in the transition. We went for several 'playdates' in the lead up to her starting day care to get familiar with the educators, the other children, and the environment.I have to say a massive thank you to Ms Kana and Ms Sam in the Midgen Berries room. They have bonded so well with my daughter and I truly feel like they love her, and that makes it so much easier doing drop-offs knowing she is in good hands.We are very sad to have to leave this wonderful place.I would recommend this team to anyone lucky enough to secure a spot for their child here.

Great Centre.My daughter went from 11 months to 3 1/2 years oldShe loved it. All the educators are great so friendly and caring.The girls in the office are great always so quick to reply to emails ectShe would still be going unfortunately the floods happened and are waiting for the center to reopen to send my son!

Very happy moving our son here from another centre. Such a positive and relaxed environment, the educators all have a smile on their faces and are very welcoming

The team at Offspring are like family. They are so warm and welcoming and our son absolutely adores the educators. The centre is extremely clean, the activities are fun and educational and the outdoor play area is huge!
