Found them honest and trustworthy. Stood by their assessment on review of the system. Was half expecting a phone call when we submitted the vehicle for the work but stuck to both their advice and price. For me, straight into the Rolodex for future reference and use.

Have had a couple vehicles AC serviced /repaired here and have been very happy with the service and work performed. Will continue to use their service when required.

Booked my wifes car in and after the tests were carried out we were told that the fan had gone and that the line leaked and needed gas. I was informed that the fan was expensive and all up it would cost $720 so i just got on with it and told them to do the works.I went to pick up the car and was told that the A/C Blower was not working due to the A/C unit doesn't go ( They had to use these to see what the problem with the A/C was in the first place...Was working then !! ) and that i would need to buy another A/C unit to diagnose the problem..I wasn't going to accept this explanation and told them that i wasn't happy and when the scanner man left the shop he replied You guys play good ". ( Whatever that's supposed to mean ).I decided to take the car home and i noticed that my rear sensors and head leveling lights were not working and so i got a wiring diagram showing that fuse 41 operated the A/C unit and when i checked it

Went in for a quote last week to fix my leaking aircon that only blew hot air. Got it fixed the same day, my 27 year old car is now cool as the day it came out of the factory just in time for hotter months. I really appreciated the good communication and fast, professional service!

I had a bit of work to be done on my landcruiser’s aircon in a short time, I called up and asked if it was possible to get done the same day even though it was 1pm, kooler car was nothing short of awesome! I had exceptional service here after having previously had a leak overlooked and simply re-gassed by a different repair place. Was fortunate enough to be booked in straight away. They found the problems and were able to fix it all within a few hours. Would highly recommend Kooler Car Air Conditioning!

The air conditioning specialist here is very good at what he does. I was wrong to accuse him of lying. I'm sorry for what I did, I hope he can forgive me. He's tons better than me. I'll never question him ever again. He's very good, he is reliable, and he helped us out. So, I hope this can be put behind us now

Hugely expensive beware of the cost.I saved 3 to 4 thousand by shopping around.I was amazed when I was charged $55.00 for a quote, I thought charging for a quote was a thing of the past.They seemed like professional tradesmen but so was the company that did the work.
