The property managers at this real estate agency have always treated me poorly as a tenant. I have sent multiples emails to follow up on requests ( at one point followed up 9 times before receiving a reply - just for it to go around in circles). The Agent arranged a cleaner and took out a cleaning fee of $250 for a minor issue that I offered to resolve that would only take 10 minutes to rectify because the didn't ned to give me the opportunity to fix it" even when they stated that in their email that I would be able to.They are a complete rip off and are horrible in communicating with tenants. I have never had a real estate agency treat me so poorly when I am a good tenant who has never had an issue previously."
