I looked into a few companies to manange my investment property but couldn't find a bad review of this company so decided to go with them. It's a family business so they care about their reputation and you're not passed between property managers (like I am with my Melbourne property). Charlotte takes care of everything. She is prompt, easy to talk to and knows her stuff. Usually you pay more for great service but their fees are competitive. I literally cannot fault them.

Sean and Marie are true professionals. They recently sold a property for us in Caboolture and they made the selling process easy. I would not hesitate to recommend them as they are trustworthy, very honest , easy to communicate with and and truly do care about their clients.

Marie and Sean sold my landlords house that we had established ourselves in. 5 weeks ago the owner came around and told us that she regretted that she had to sell. The following week Marie and Sean had a family come by looking to buy. That family bought.
