We love our new Piazetta Pellet Heater. The team at Climatise were great to deal with from start to finish ensuring the whole process was quick and hassle free. Our installer Dwayne was super professional and did a fantastic job converting/utilising the old flue and was very knowledgeable on the product giving us the confidence to start using our new appliance. *** Delays for months, poor service, poor communication, unbelievably poor experience ***Engaged their services on 11/05/21 to repair our central heating. Tech came down, spent 10 mins and said he had cleaned the unit and it will work for a while, however the combustion fan would need to be replaced at some point. Less than 24h later the heater stopped working again.called them and they quoted me for the combustion fan, I agreed and CONFIRMED THERE WOULD BE NO SECOND CALL OUT FEE. sent me a new invoice for the initial call out fee + combustion fan -- no worries. Then absolutely nothing, no follow up, no email, no tech, no repair for nearly 3 MONTHS! got sick of waiting and called them up to see what was happening. they finally send someone and the job is done 3 months later!Paid them in full for the call out fee and the part they installed.. BUT we're not done yet. now they're after a second call out fee since a tech attended twice -- all this DESPITE me confirming with their rep back in May 2021 that there would not be a second call out fee.since then, 10 x emails back and forth, at least 4 phone calls and now they have sent me a final invoice as of 19/12/22 saying they will refer the invoice to collections unless paid. NOTE: I have already paid the initial call out fee and the cost of the part that was replaced.

We recently engaged Climatise to replace our Evaporative Cooler. Hannah and the team were great to deal from quoting through to installation. The install team were pleasant to deal with ensured everything went smoothly, and removed the old unit. Would highly recommend!

Such a relaxing experience dealing with these guys. Firstly, extremely reasonable prices on everything. Prompt and professional, the fantastic new heating system had us warm and toasty in no time!

Climatise sold me an excellent product at a competitive price. Their installation team arrived on time, were cheery, helpful and courteous and completed a perfect installation. I willnot hesitate to call on Climatise for my next heating or cooling needs.

Worse company I have ever dealt with. Got them to install a new evaporative cooler. The initial installation was not done correctly so when it rained, water leaked into my ceiling damaging the plasterboard and shorting my downlights. Got a plumber to investigate and he confirmed it was coming from the incorrectly installed cooler. Climatise technician came back to seal the cooler properly. Now climatise is refusing to compensate me for the damage done to my ceiling from initial incorrect installation. Quotes that i have taken indicates over 1 thousand dollars worth of damage, not to mention the cost of the plumber. They may be slightly cheaper but do not trust them!!!

Told we had to pay 59% deposit before site inspection, site inspection revealed that planned woodheater was not suitable. Incurred 20% loss on total cost of heater. Surely site inspection is organised and paid for before deposit has to be paid and loss incurred. No apologies, disgusting company to deal with, steer clear.
