Very helpful, professional service. Even when i had an enquiry they couldn't solve they sent me in the right direction for help.

I had a watch that was playing up. Would work fine for a couple of hours, then would stop for 20 minutes or an hour and then would start again. I went in to Mister Minit and told them the problem. Said can you replace the battery and then check it again a day later and if it is still an issue just throw the watch out.A week goes by, no word. No problem, figured they had thrown it out.But then, 9 months down the track, I get a call saying they still have it, due to slow business, they have the time to go through their cupboards they found my watch. They said I need to come pick it up. I say that I dropped that watch off 9 months ago, and did they fix the problem. She said there's nothing about problems in the packet, but it appears to be working, so come pick it up. I said well I live in Brisbane now. She said I need to arrange someone to come pick it up and then its gonna cost me $22 - full price of the battery replacement! They hold my watch for NINE months and then say I need to arrange collection (no offer of posting it, not even suggesting they can post it at my expense!) And that I need to collect it ASAP, after they lose it in a cupboard for 9 months! So unprofessional!After 9 months the battery they replaced is probably due for replacement again anyway. Every watch I've had them replace the battery on has needed a new battery again within 12 to 18 months (usually less time). They do offer a 2 year guarantee. But who the hell can keep trackof the card they give you?! They don't keep records about it.Not worth going.

Key cut for our car. Didnt turn the ignition. When it was cut i said it didn't quite match the old key. He said it did.Clearly it wasn't a match. They said they would refund the key cutting, but I had to buy another new key which they will not pay for after the ruined the first one.Seriously, all they had to do was cut a key. They had one job! Pathetic.EDIT - I rang their customer service number (mentioned in their reply below) firstly I was hung up on, rang back and told their customer service manager was on lunch" and they would call me back. NOPE

Annoyed. They advertise they are open until 5:30pm on a Saturday on their Google listing, so I drove 45 mins in to get a job done only to find they are closed and no sign of anyone anywhere at 4:20pm. Keep your information current. I’ll take it to Miller Scott on Monday now.

Codey has completed many different jobs for us. Keys cut, Christmas gift engraving and even repaired my sandals. I really like the rose gifts for Valentines. My wife will be getting some. Marked down price too

Brilliant service. Keys didn't cost as much as I thought as I was having 5 done. Very cost effective.

They charge $9 for a keycard when Bunnings charges $3 ridiculous
