Called and booked a 3 Bedroom Apartment for an event 12 months in advance only for them to call the next day to say they had trouble with the booking. The price that was quoted was also incorrect and the new price is $200 more per night for the same booking!

Room was filthy, bed sheets were not changed and have visible stains on them. No towel in bathroom. Was moved to a new room at night. Was a smoking room, I don’t smoke. Room Smelt like pee and had whiskers in bathroom sink. I could not wait to leave. Housekeeping is disgusting. If I could upload the photos I would. This was not a cheap night stay either at $170

Will no be staying here again. The reception staff stuffed up our booking. They took and $200 bond fee and after check out didn’t return the full amount because of their booking stuff up. Each time they rang to confirm they gave different rates even though I was emailed with confirmation. The rooms were dirty. Dust on the window sills, back of the curtains were mouldy, found shorts from the last occupants (obviously doesn’t get cleaned properly) and half of the lights didn’t work.

Rooms were dirty, a friend had to move rooms because it had an awful smell, then ended up in a room with massive hole in the roof above her bed. Pool was not in use and green. The restaurant downstairs was lovely.Overall wouldn't choose to stay again.

The room was adequate for our stay. We took a single room with twin beds. The room was spotless, the instant coffee was cheap however as I would never drink instant coffee this doesn't affect me. The tea was a good brand. The beds were excellent and I got a good night sleep both nights. They don't provide shampoo and conditioner in the room, however, upon request they put some sachets into our room. We were given fresh towels each day. The shower was very good, a good fast stream of hot water the entire shower. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Given its' location, price, and excellent beds I would happily stay here every time I visit Brisbane.

The only thing good about the motel is the location. The room is so small and pokey. I PAID for a cleaning service on our 5th day, got back from our outing and nothing was done, went to reception and was told the cleaning staff had left for the day. The guy on reception came up at 7pm while we were at dinner, changed the sheets and towels but nothing else done , the floor needed vacuuming, the toilet , shower and basin wasn’t cleaned. There is no dish cloth or tea towel to wash any used cups or cutlery. Overall the place was a total disgrace. Maybe the owner should sell his Ferrari that sits in the lobby and upgrade his place and staff. Pay the extra &30 and stay at a better place. Have asked for a refund on my clean I paid for but don’t expect to see that.

This was honestly the worst place I have ever stayed. there was a bag over the smoke alarm when I entered the apartment and the bowls inside the cupboard had crusty old food on them as if they weren’t cleaned. The fridge stunk and there was old food left inside that I threw out myself. there was half drunken drinks in the fridge and also to go with that. A Band-Aid on the ground in the bathroom. The balcony was also a catfish because there was no big chairs. I honestly wish I never spent my money here bc I had the worst birthday bc I felt so dirty in a place I spent money to enjoy.

The experience was overall was good however the air conditioning was leaking constantly down the wall onto the bed.The aircon needed to have a bucket and towels to soak up the excess water. Notified the manager on the Friday they had someone look at it but nothing was done except bucket and towels provided.Last night we didn’t sleep due to the dripping of water this was dripping on the bed so had to move bed away. When you pay for accommodation then you should have functioning equipment. This wasn’t something that need major repair but more about cleaning out water reservoir and filters which may have made it better.Customer service seems to have disappeared and led to a disappointing experience

While it’s very close to Chermside Shopping Centre the accomodation has been let down by low maintenance and cleaning. The room appeared to have a high turn over with very little maintenance and cleaning and looks tired. We found the following needed attention and hope it followed up with the following family.- Refrigerators needs replacement not cold and dirty outside.- Hand marks all over walls and around kitchen.- Dirty marks on the floor- Dust and dirt on floor- Mould and stain on glass in shower- Balcony not swept- Hand marks on fridge door- Lounge worn out with marks- Toys found behind couch- Hand marks around a switches and walls- Dirty rug- Back of TV remote missing- WIFI drops out all the time- Car parking limited- leaking gutters- mould outside building- Dirt, Dust and hair ties underneath bathroom vanity.-Finger marks on glass doorsStaff were very nice and approachable and we would probably not stay again with out checking reviews.

After a long hours midnight flight finally we reached and trying to search for a parking slot but unfortunately we cannot. So we decide to unload the luggage bag at the reception area.Once the receptionist saw us(me, two elderly, my 3 years old boy and hubby) the receptionist ran inside the room and we waited for around 5-10 minutes.When the receptionist came out, he told us that they are fully book even thought I book through Expedia 7-8 months ago.They offer us another accommodation at the Quest hotel and told us that they fully paid. They said will pay me back the Expedia booking and offer a free stay next time I visit Brisbane again but without any document proof.We have no choice to accept as we all are tired and it’s our first day at Brisbane.We book for 3 room apartment but they book 3 individual studio apartments for us.This is not all.When we check-out, the Quest Chermside told us that the credit card did not go through and decline. So I have to pay the stay in the Quest Chermside.After I pay I went back to the Chermside apartment. The same receptionist told me that he will inform the management to refund me. I let him all the information that he need.Day by day, month by month but I did not receive any email from them.So I try to contact them in Expedia chat.Finally a manager (Chris Meilak) reply me in Expedia and email me claim that they will refund me and ask for my bank account.I emailed them and give all the document as proof and account number with authorization.But after a month they did not transfer me back, no respond from them and they block me.I have no way to contact them anymore.
