Had my hair done by Grace. As someone with a receding hairline, I'm not often confident about my hair, however grace styled and cut it in a way which made me completely confident in my hairstyle! Would 100% recommend her to anyone, she's someone who understands each person's complexities, and works with them to create an amazing cut

I have been here twice recently and the first time I had a toner used for a deep blonde and it came out a very very dark brown. The toner eventually washed out to my natural dark blonde after several washes at home. The most recent visit I said to a different hairdresser that your other hairdresser accidently dyed my hair a dark brown when I asked for blonde. When asked what I wanted, I said I want a deep blonde colour, no highlights, and please do not dye my hair brown again." When discussing my hair

Grace is an absolute artist!My hair was very dry and dead at the ends, an hour later I walked out with healthy and styled hair, she was so lovely and the scalp massage was incredible! Definitely going back to the team at EGHairStudio! Highly recommend!!

After getting my hair done here for the last 6 years, my last 3 appointments have been cancelled, two via text message and one via phone call, and only rescheduled after several attempts via phone call and text message (no one ever answers the phone). The only cancellation that happened over the phone - they could not even reschedule me, said they'll call 5 days later to reschedule and never did. Had to text back and forth for over a week to reschedule two months later. Customer service is non-existent and they have become snobby and rude. After many efforts, finally rescheduling my appointments (for two months after from when it was cancelled!) as they have no availability sooner apparently, and being told the stylist I see is sick and having surgery and off work for two weeks, but then posting on Instagram stories every day that she's working. Being told me working full time is a problem and I should get a haircut instead of working to be more accommodating? lol wow (as opposed to getting a haircut after work or on a Saturday). I've been very understanding and patient and what do you know? My appointment in 3 days is cancelled again. Via text message. Seems like a lot of effort is being made to turn me away after 6 years? I don't know what's going on within the team, but I hope you sort this out soon and you all do better because clients won't stick around when you keep lying to them and playing games with them.Be better.Such a shame.Edit: How dare you say my experience with your poor customer service is a lie. Shame on you. You are lying now in your response because you don't like the truth or the consequences of poor customer service - my review will stay as it is. It took two weeks last time to reschedule my appointment after one phone call WITHOUT rescheduling and with a promise to call back 5 days later to reschedule (never happened). I tried to call to reschedule, no answer. The appointment was rescheduled almost two weeks after it was cancelled after back-and-forth texting. I never said you were lying about Caitlin's health and I'm not talking about hair colour or social media. I've only sent well wishes Caitlin's way when you say she is unwell. Whoever texts to cancel these appointments should call and be able to reschedule immediately instead of blaming the client for not being available 24/7 and say you'll reschedule in 5 (or evidently more than 5) days after you figure out what time works. There's a way to treat clients and run a business as a team and I've been left in tears about being belittled or most often, ignored. You're only talking to me now that I've posted a review, wow. I will not be returning. Look after yourselves but don't gaslight me. Please do not contact me again, I've had enough. P.S. you spelled my name incorrectly.

I’ve been coming to East Geelong for three years now. I have my appointments on a reoccurring loop because I could not imagine going anywhere else. Caitlin and Grace are amazing colourists and live up to the high standards you would expect from your hair dresser. Both with exceptional head masseuse skills at the basin! They have always been honest about what they could do to get me to my hair goals and always work with me to achieve perfection. If you’re looking for an amazing hairdresser with the both integrity and skill you cannot go past EGH.

Both Caitlin and Grace are absolutely hair geniuses! They are such amazingly talented and creative hair stylists, who always provide high quality and beautiful hair services. Caitlin and Grace always accommodate to your needs and style, and will always personalise your treatment. Their work ethic and style is inspiring, and they never fail to make you feel beautiful. Caitlin and Grace are such wonderful and gorgeous people. I highly, highly recommend them!

Lovely Grace is an amazing hairstylist. She does a fabulous job on my partner's hair. Every time she goes to get her hair done I can't wait to see her new hair and very impressed every single time. So lucky to have Grace and Caitlin in our neighbourhood. Can't recommend these girls enough.
