Very friendly and helpful staff but was very disappointed when it took 15 minutes to get my Click and Collect order to my car.I had to call and advise I was waiting otherwise I could have waited much longer.Not the first time I had to call either.One time I forgive but not twice.Lady who delivered the order was apologetic and claimed another staff member had misplaced the scanning machine that notifies them.At least she was honest and didn't blame it on technical issues.I'm very disappointed. Having to wait on a hot sunny day.

This place is well laid out, and has a wide variety of goods. One impressive thing is their international wall near the front of the store which has hard to find foods ftom around the world.

Today, I need some empty boxes for packing. When I spoken to Danee, she tried to help me by looking at the fruit and bakery areas, and promised they’re ready for me to pick up at 8pm. I came in at 7 and the boxes was stacked very tidy and easy for me to carry out. Really happy with the customer service at Woolworths Akaba. Thanks Danee and your team. Much appreciated.☺️

I had a wonderful cashier called Sascha and he asked me how my day was and then kindly listened to me while I recounted to him how i had 3 medical appointments that day for all my ailments. He didn't even question my bizarre arrangement of fruits and vegetables mixed in with up to 10 boxes of nutri grain. Great staff, would definitely come again

I shopped here yesterday on Sunday. I must say I am always happy doing my grocery shopping here most weeks. Yesterday Samuel looked after me at checkout. I've never had anyone pack my groceries with such thought and sense. Even my fridge items he separate packed in my large freezer " carry zip lock bag. Well done Samuel

Great place to shop but some front end staff are ignorant and lack of customer service approximately 1:30-2 pm today i approached register 5 i think her name was jay or something and she closed her register she then told to me to go down to express with far more than 15 items being an ex Woolworths employee i know this isnt the right thing to do !! Other registers were busy and people were lined up waiting then next thing i knew shes reopend that register with an attitude and she was so slow!! Clearly she didnt want to be there needs reality check as shes there to work and serve customers.
