Purchased a FP9750. Great fit, worked out of the box with a Seconary harness also provided by Aerpro.Needed some minor assistance from their technical support team and they came through 100%.

Had a terrible experience with a customer service representative today, I believe his name was Rob.I was wanting to get some information on products compatible with my Volkswagen Passat to see what infoadaptors were compatible for my vehicle and he couldn't offer any advice or just didn't want to.. he just said I don't know" he then proceeded to ask where I live for some reason

Wouldn’t listen to an issue with their product. Kept trying to blame other faults and just wouldn’t help out for a $10 cheap part.

Bought a harness (JVC to ISO) connector based on info from their website that says it matches my head unit. Unfortunately it doesn't. Gear looks quality but is misleading as it doesn't fit my unit.

Bought a few products from these guys over the years and they are always A1 in quality. The most recent being their Magmate phone mounts.. seriously the most convenient and non-obtrusive in-car phone mount I have ever used. Definitely recommend!!
