This morning I went with my young daughter to the Newsagency after shopping at Coles. When in the newsagency I caught a male staff member behind the counter just staring at us with dirty look like we are a thief. While waiting for a lady to serve me, again I looked at him and he was still looking at me constantly. After I purchased and was walking out I found him standing behind us. I asked him are you ok? He replied with anger and aggressively said what’s going on!"Just I walked away with my daughter and my daughter asked me why you’re quiet daddy! . I’m disappointed because I have been a customer here for almost 10yrs and never got treated like this before now at this newsagency.If he is the owner

If I could give it a 0 I would. To be treated as if I was a thief/low life cause I did something wrong, which for everyone to know was I accidentally opened a sealed essential oil bottle to smell as there was no tester, and didn't realise it was actually sealed until opening, just because someone stole your tester for that one doesn't mean I'm a thief/low life, maybe next time politely explain my fault and I would have had no issue, next time have fun trying to apparently call the cops on me as they wouldn't have done nothing as I actually wasn't stealing. You need to stop seeing everyone that apparently looks like me as a thief or a low life, I saw clear as day being followed around the store when you can see me from the counter, I do work for a living and earn my dollar respectfully like 95%+ of the population of Perth and your customer service would have gone a thousands times better if you had properly explained everything than automatically assuming. Be grateful I did pay for the item as I'm sure 95% wouldn't have, but you've lost a customer and probably many more due to this review and to be honest it's called Karma rightfully so.

The customer service is terrible and the staff are extremely rude. I will not support a local business who does not care for its customers and only care about the money.
