Love the range of food and the store is clean but that young girl serving at the checkout counter on Sunday 23rd October in the evening has some serious attitude issue. No manner and super rude. Why be In customer service if you hate the job?

Everything under one roof - impressed with the selection, and the food is so fresh! The café menu is just delicious, and the parking is easy. Easily my new local. Am stoked to have found you.

This morning I ordered a fresh caprese toasted sandwich. It was frozen. The cheese was old and rotten inside. My bread had red text imprint of the letter C. (Assuming stands for a caprese)The tomato was so rotten. I had to throw the whole thing in the bin. $12.00 later!You cannot possibly say you serve fresh foods - disgustingTried calling the shop - no answer just a message to say all staff were too busy to answer.

Purchased a Moroccan Beets salad today - while eating found a huge black hair tangled in the beetroot.Absolutely waste of $17.99 for a salad with added hair.Try somewhere else for a healthy meal.

Absolutely love, love, LOVE! The cafe is the absolute best. What makes it special is the team, they are the main reason I go in - coffee is delicious with no surcharges for different milks and they are just awesome. The team in the store are fabulous too and love the organic meat and produce. Big bonus for thr Northern Beaches :)

I have been here more times than I can count. Knowledgeable staff, great food, a wide variety of products and an onsite naturopath. Love it!!

The juices and food at flannerys is the best. A fresh organic juice or smoothie here at least 3 times a week is a must have. Staff awesome and the naturopath is so informative and I get all my health foods and vitamin concoctions from her. It’s a free service and she’s super knowledgeable. The Parking is so easy. You can drive in & out with a fresh juice in your hand within five minutes. With long drives to and from the farm it’s a must have for the journey.

Poor service and high prices. Limited stockI have tried about 5 times by phone and 3 times in person to get my number taken of their relentless marketing texts. They say they will but they never do.Also the young blonde at the deli didnt know what was in their products and didnt care, and didnt want to find out. Then gave that sullen entitled attitude. Someone else was easily able to find out, but then made a fool of themself trying to make up several bogus excuses to try and cover. up for the slack attitude and service I used to repeatedly encounter poor attitude and service at the nutritional area .So I had boycotted for a long time. Not the attitude integrity or service that you would expect from a such a place where you are paying very high prices.

Loving the Love Food salads - super fresh, super yum and I get a couple of days out of one! Love that include proteins too... fills me up.
