I ordered lorikeet food & hadn’t received it after 6 weeks so contacted them & got a confirmation that I will get it in 1 week, 10 days later I got a message to say it had been delivered to my old address.I contacted them & the courier straight away & courier said it had been sent back.I have since sent 3 emails with no reply

The owner of this place was really nice and friendly! He opened the shop for us after hours just so we can purchase a bird cage in which my bird loves now! The cage is in great quality and the prices of the toys are reasonable compared to other pet stores! I recommend this place!

Such a great place if you’re a pet owner. Big range of high quality bird cages and pet accessories.Great, friendly staff who greet you with a smile and nothing is ever too much for them.The owner will meet you and open up his store out of hours which was a big tick for me.Very knowledgeable about their products and their prices are lower compared to other stores.Highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning.
