Like others have said, we were daunted by the idea of a pool. Other companies told us the access was too difficult or couldn't deliver the size/shape we needed to fit our space.Bostock were professional and very efficient. They were patient and took their time walking us through the process to help us make our final decision. As soon as we signed the contract it was all systems go! The turnaround from digging the hole to the kids first swim was only a week!Alicia was on call for any questions I had throughout the process and I would highly recommend her and the team at Bostock. The kids love our pool (as do our neighbours and friends) and we're looking forward to another great summer of fun.

We bought a 9.4m self cleaning Vogue Compass Pool from Bostock. We bought all of the accessories including in-floor cleaning, bubblers, swim jets and the heat pump. We have been very impressed with Bostock. The sales and design process was efficient. Everything was agreed to beforehand in writing so there was no confusion or costly variations. The team that installed the pool (diggers, electricians, crane drivers, pool installers, plumbers, landscapers) were all very professional and knew what they were doing. We were kept very well informed throughout the entire process. There were no delays and no hassles. We only had one slight problem with some iron filings that ended up in the pool when the independent landscaper cut the steel fence posts. The problem was caused by the landscaper but Bostock to their absolute credit dealt with the issue and took action to remove the iron filings and rectify the problem. In particular, Kym provided exceptional service in rectifying the issue. Dianne the owner of Bostock even dropped in to ensure everything was OK. We are delighted with everything about the pool. In particular the in-floor cleaning is wonderful. It really does work. The only thing I have to do is empty the in-floor cleaning and skimmer baskets that collect all the leaves. It is well worth spending the extra money for the in-floor cleaning. We also hooked up the electric heat pump to our solar electrical system so it is very cost effective to run. We would highly recommend Bostock and Compass Pools.

Our first purchase with the Bostock team was in 2003. The experience from first contact, construction and after care set up and service was amazing. Since then we have made further purchases as well guided others to work with Bostock. After 17 years we just had outstanding service and attention to our needs. I could not recommend a better company to work with. They have provided on many occasions advice and suggestions and recently assisted with renovations around our Bostock pool.thank you so much

Our family purchased a self-cleaning Pool from Dianne of Bostock Pools back in 2015 and never been happier. The service and care provided from all the staff while installing the pool was second to none.. they literally took care of everything and were only a phone call away. Since installation we have rarely cleaned the pool, maybe 2 or 3 times only in the 4 years!! The extra cost to have the convenience of a self-cleaning pool has been so worth the time saved. Still to this day the staff at Bostock Pools are happy to answer any queries and pop in to help with any concerns without question.The team truly look after their clients from the installation and beyond.. In 2003, we built our new home and had a Compass Pool installed by Bostock. We also made the decision to have the infloor cleaner installed.Best decision we ever made. We refused to be slaves to the pool, it was put in to enjoy, and that we have done. Never had a problem with the pool. Always looked sparkling clean, and never went unnoticed when having visitors and parties.Last week I had the original infloor cleaner replaced, after 16 years. Now that's a WOW factor. I have had to replace couple of pumps, in this time. The motors and machinery supplied by Bostock have always been great quality and if I ever had to install another pool, I definitely would go with these guys again . The kids have never had a better summer! The entire process ran to timeframe and price was more then competitive against products that were clearly not comparable to the quality we received. The Bostock team went the extra mile to help with our landscaping and gave sound advice to avoid issues in the future. Best money we have spent! An amazing addition to our lifestyle.

To buy and install a pool was both a daunting decision and a major investment which is why it was so reassuring to have Alicia looking after the whole process. From the moment I contacted Bostock they have been so helpfulThe communication has been excellent.Alicia was so helpful I only have a very small yard and wasn't sure if I had enough room. She came up measured and I went with a Spa which I am in love with. It is a x Trainer spa the guy they had do my decking has done a wonderful job, The whole lot is 100% now I cant wait to use it.once again I would recommend them and thank them.

Alicia and Bostock pools were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Our particular build wasn't an easy one with a difficult site and the weather didn't help much either. Bostock did their utmost to fulfil all our requests and went above and beyond in keeping to our budget, and we have a stunning product to boot.
