Poor at responding to emails/communications.I emailed last Thursday 13/10/22 and rang Reception who advised a response would occur within 1-2 days from the Residential Department.I rang Reception again on Friday 14/10/22 to confirm email was received and advised again that a response would occur within 24hours.Currently 5:45pm on Wednesday 19/10/22 and still no response from Residential Department - now 3 days have gone!
