Unprofessional staff & pathetic service …I ordered a veg panini but got ham & cheese toast or something which i realised after taking a bite of it & quickly went back to return it. Instead of realising the mistake & apologise that staff member showed me attitude. Never expected this kind of customer service from such a high rated brand… Very-2 disappointed ☹️

Busy little place, they are located in hospital of the children hospital at Westmead.It's the first time for me having a starbucks coffee and I'll say it's not bad.Maybe I'm used to my regular coffee place I stop by.

Good little kiosk in the hospital and very handy. Nice staff!They have good foods too and do a great job of serving food fast.Love their work!

Always great coffee. Sometimes they can be low in staff, and I think their staff that are there are overworked because they can forget little things like caramel drizzle. But apart from that, always a nice experience

Ice machine is always not working . At least 2-3 days a week . We want cold drinks !!!!. Very disappointing .

It's very hard being at the hospital for a long period of time! one thing I look forward to in the mornings is a nice coffee! It's also the only time I feel like I am not at the hospital!
