Keystar Redcliffe Jeep - Service Center

After having issue trying to get in contact with my local jeep dealership Keystar Redcliffe Jeep was my next closest dealership that was going to be able to service my jeep gladiator. Being my first jeep and car, I had some anxieties but the staff were helpful to my queries and upon taking my car to get serviced the Service Advisor Wolfgang Weber was very thorough with his questions regarding my car, even going above and beyond what was needed and clarifying any queries I had. His customer service was excellent and I look forward to returning to this dealership for my future servicing needs. I would also like to thank the mechanics and staff that completed the service within the time frame provided. Thanks again Wolfgang!

I needed an air bag fault diagnosis as I had sold the vehicleI called the service centre they said bring it down and they would squeeze it in, in the next 24 hrs,3hrs later they had fix the faultAwesome work from the service teamI can't thank you guys enough

Review of the service centre on 5 Oleander St. Had three interactions since I purchased my Jeep one year ago and all have been sub standard with poor customer service.Chose to wait on site while serviced instead of paying for a taxi home. The service took 8 hours, I packed no lunch and had to ask if I could use the bathroom and where it was.One night I noticed my car was leaking coolant. Was turned away when I asked for help at the centre the next morning.The most recent experience, had several conversations on the phone with different team members around the security code which was not provided for the aftermarket radio on purchase from Keystar. I was asked to book a physical appointment. When I turned up I was then turned away as the radio was a Kenwood, even though I provided detailed description of the radio and even pulled apart the dash to provide the serial on advice from the phone call. When I told the customer service representative that I had taken the day off work to be here, can I have some Jeep mech as compensation, response we don't do that here"."
