Actually used the services of the workshop for my Subaru, one of the brands D C Motors deal in. I had to have my car repaired after a breakdown but was unable to stay in Rocky. The service department kept in touch with me, ensuring I knew what was happening and held the car on site until I was able to return, a number of weeks later, and collect it. One of the best workshops I have dealt with.
