As a qualified tradesman that was called in to rectify countless defects and appalling oversights in quality control and design, I am frustrated and disheartened that this licensed builder (Stephen Sainsbury) continues to practice. I purport that many elements of his construction and design work do not meet Australian NCC standards.It reflects poorly upon my industry and is causing extreme emotional and financial distress to various people within Tasmania. The anecdotes of unconscionable and deceitful behaviour are lengthy- avoid this 'builder' at all costs. I hope that somehow the justice system fulfils its' duty and revokes his license.

Ecoshelta built our multi award winning accommodation. Our guests absolutely love the buildings, and we do too. From sustainably sourced building materials and solar passive designs, these innovative structures are both beautiful and with low impact on the environment. We cannot rate our Ecoshelta experience highly enough and would recommend to anybody wanting a top notch product
