QuickTime is now my go-to electrician. Friendly and easy to talk to. He's proactively recommended solutions that are better value for me and is happy to explain his thoughts and what's going on.Ali came again tonight to look at a very weird problem (really old house) and stayed until he'd figured it out and fixed it.I originally chose him because he priced competitively for what I was looking for but keep getting him back because of the service and value.

I was in a desperate state as I had lost lighting over the holiday period (worst timing). Googled for a local business/electrician and came across QuickTime. Read the reviews and didn't hesitate to contact QuickTime via text. Got a call back in minutes from Ali who came out as soon as he could. Professional and communicative from the word Go and walked me through my issue. He solved the issue in less than an hour. What a service, what professionalism and what an individual!
