One of my favourite places to get a pedicure done on the GC

Asked for a super simple design and they couldn't even do this I just wanted 3 of my nails one colour then the other two french tip with the same colour. I showed the lady 4 times and she still couldn't even manage to do it I left with my nails looking completely different to what i wanted and most of the nails are wonky and to make it worse I payed $70 a waste of time and money don't go here

I’ve had a few good experiences here however yesterday I went in to get a manicure & a pedicure. I was left to sit in the chair with no massager going for 30 minutes before anybody came and saw me. They rushed the service and gel was applied poorly (has already peeled in some places) I had to cut the service short and not get a manicure because it took them 1 hour just to do a pedi…

I would not recommend this nail salon. Both my mother and myself got quoted a price today. When it was time to pay it had increased. Very awkward conversation with a room full of customers, the lady who had quoted me the price started yelling at me. I paid the increased price but I won't ever be going back.

Told her a few times what i wanted and still continued to mess it up, another lady came up to us and i explained to her what i wanted and they told me the price and i said that was fine. Went to pay and they didn’t tell me the total, i paid on card then left, when i left i realised they had charged me more then the original price they gave me. Overall took an hour and a half and i wasn’t happy with the shape (asked to be fixed) and acrylic wasn’t flat at all.

Was rushed. Inexperienced staff. Please don’t waste your time and money. Not sure why they can’t do their job when we are paying for the service.

I went to get normal acrylics, no gel, not long, nothing fan y just normal paint. They set the price for this at 65 dollars. The lady told me that my nails were short so the acrylics would need to be as well and I agreed. During the process they didn't push my cuticles back at all who h made the nails grow out faster and need refills quicker. They needed refills after about 5 days. Classic trick to get more money out of us. Within a week the nails started falling off and when I went in to complain the lady said to me I told you to be careful

If I could give this place no stars, I would. From the moment my mum and I walked in the lady that served us was so rude. They sat us in the chairs and were just about finished with my mums pedicure before they started mine. The lady doing my pedicure was going so quick with the heel razor thing that she has taken a chunk of skin out of my foot. She has then poured acetone in it and when she tried to do it again I asked her not to touch my foot but she continued trying to wipe it again anyways. At one point she apologised and just shrugged her shoulders. I am fuming!!! Its been about an hour since it happened and my foot still won’t stop bleeding. I will never go back.

Went and got a pedicure on Sunday, day after my big toe was hurting like an ingrown. Now today I’ve actually got an infection. That says to me that their tools are not cleaned properly in between clients and don’t know how to properly perform a service.

Not impressed at all. For starters i arrived and was told there was a 10 minutes wait, 40 minutes later i’m only just being served. THEN i showed them a nail design and asked if it was possible to get it on my nails, to which they said yes. After numerous attempts and fails i said ya know what it’s fine i’ll just get a plain colour. I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA $10 TO GET THE DESIGN REMOVED BECAUSE THEY COULDNT DO IT AFTER TELLING ME IT WAS FINE. The plain colour i asked for was midnight blue, she started painting my nails a BABY BLUE. by this point i was too annoyed to start over and i walked out of the salon with baby blue nails. to top it off i get back to my car to notice my nails aren’t even the same length. i will never be returning and do not recommend their salon.
