NO proper procedure. NO reception. Need to wait outside irrespective of weather. No one answers phone. It happened twice and the irony is no testing kit available after an hour long wait.

Never had problems going here for blood tests, today had to get a blood test for a 6yr old for the first time. Paula was so wonderful, made the 6yr old feel so relaxed before, during and after the blood test. Well done to Paula, and thank you so much for doing what you do and looking out for little patients with such a gentle approach!

Don't open at 8 most of the time.. waited and headed to another location today !No clear advice on how to pay if you don't have Medicare. Told us to wait for Accounts to open and pay in-house.. but the reception inside told us to go home and that we'll get invoice at home !!! And, I don't think this is a covid specific situation.

The worse staff I have ever seen. I went there for my urea breath test I was told that we don't have stock to do the urea breath test. Unbelievable.They asked me to go to another clinical labs that was already closed and they knew it is closed. They still insisted to go there finally when I went there it was closed. Give me a very tough time.The worse staff on earth.

I had an unusual blood test I needed done that the staff member had not seen before but she went above and beyond ringing around to make sure she was able to perform it correctly.I could not be happier with the service I received.

I didn't have to wait long. I couldn't step up into the chair so the lady let me sit on a normal office chair. She was quick and efficient and the needle did not hurt. I was very happy and satisfied with the experience. Elizabeth

I'd give the staff negative 5 stars if I could. Worst place for blood tests in the area.Really bad attitude of the staff, unclear instructions, they never pick up the phone and mostly don't have kits for anything else than blood test.This place is a joke!

Ridiculous customer service. All the other labs have a system where they call people using their mobile while we wait in the car. This lab made us wait outside in the cold
