Overall this was a positive experience. However one of my thesis copies had the ribbon attached to the wrong copy. This is minor, but frustrating when you pay extra for that detail. I would still recommend them.

Absolutely love my bound thesis made by DB Bookbinders, it looks so amazing! Loved the constant updates throughout the process and it was delivered promptly once finished. Thank you so much for your amazing work!!The only problem I had was with the courier, not a problem at all with DB Bookbinders - the courier had delivered my thesis to the wrong address, luckily it was only next door so it was found eventually. I would suggest using registered AusPost or a more reliable courier.

My experience having copies of my PhD thesis printed and delivered was outstanding. I highly recommend this business. An error that I made was promptly corrected by them and at no cost to me , When alerted DB staff responded kindly and promptly so that my work was ready on time. Amazing service. This is clearly an ethically run business with outstanding customer service. Thank you especially Jeremy and Robyn.

Quality of the print, bindning, and leather is perfect. You can tell the people working at DB Bookbinders take the time and care to ensure a quality product. Their communication is also highly regarded. The colour leather I was after was not available but I was willing to wait a few months and it was worth it to get what I wanted.
